Will you become our Production Operator?
In our 3-shift system, you work closely with colleagues from maintenance, logistics, and engineering. You are part of a close-knit team where no day is the same and collaboration is key to success.
What will you do?
As an operator, you play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. You set up machines, perform minor repairs, and monitor product quality — because precision and craftsmanship matter to you.
You also assist with machine changeovers and work together with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.
You work in a 3-shift system and report to the (assistant) shift leader in a modern, clean, and quiet production environment with a strong focus on quality.
Your profile:
- MBO level 2 or higher in a technical direction (or equivalent)
- Experience as an operator or production worker is a plus
- Affinity with technology and a precise, safe working attitude
- A positive team player with a flexible mindset
- Basic knowledge of Dutch or English
Our offer:
- Salary between € 2,700 and € 3,000 gross per month depending on experience, plus 21% shift allowance
- A full-time role in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
